Challanges feed them and breaking into a community inspires them to action. While others are saying, “Why?” they will be saying, “Why not?”

Church planters understand the principle of submission and working in a team. They know they need OTHERS to accomplish the task of planting the Church. New projects, ventures and building programs do not weaken them but strengthen them to push through in their call.

Church Planters do not need to be reminded to pray, fast, study God’s word or rely on God’s strength as they know that it cannot be done in their own strengthand that they need to be close to Chirst. They often look back and say, “If I had todo that again I could not do it.” This is because they carried a specific anointing and strength to fulfill God’s will for that season – it was His strength and His power that they were operating out of.
